Yoga Teacher
My yoga journey actually started while I was working abroad. Honestly? I just wanted to meet some cool people and find a sense of connection in a new place. But I ended up falling in love with how yoga does more than just stretch your muscles — it builds community and makes you feel pretty powerful in your own skin.
Fast forward to today: I'm now a certified teacher, but my vibe is definitely more "relaxed" than "intense studio."
My main goal is for you to walk out feeling grounded, refreshed, and most importantly like you're part of the family. Can't wait to flow with you!

A dynamic, breath-linked practice that moves through postures in a continuous, rhythmic flow.
Each posture is broken down — how it should feel, where you should feel it, and how to find your own version. This builds a real understanding of your body over time.
