Terms & Conditions
Last updated: April 2026
These terms and conditions apply to all classes, bookings, and services provided by Sheffield Yogi, operated by Elle. By booking or attending a class you agree to these terms.
1. Bookings
All class spaces must be booked and confirmed in advance. Spaces are limited to keep classes small and personal. A booking is confirmed once payment has been received or a confirmation has been issued by Sheffield Yogi.
2. Cancellations and refunds
Cancellations by you: We ask that you cancel at least 12 hours before your class so your space can be offered to someone else. Cancellations made less than 12 hours before class may be charged in full. To cancel, please contact us by email or phone.
Class passes: Class passes are valid for 3 months from the date of purchase and are non-refundable. Unused sessions on an expired pass cannot be carried over or refunded.
Cancellations by us: In the event that we need to cancel a class, you will be notified as soon as possible and offered a full refund or a credit to use on a future class.
3. Health and fitness
Yoga is generally a safe and low-impact activity, but it is your responsibility to ensure you are fit to participate. By booking a class you confirm that:
- You are aware of any health conditions that may affect your ability to practise yoga safely
- You have sought medical advice if you have any concerns about participating
- You will inform the teacher of any injuries, health conditions, or physical limitations before class
- You will work within your own limits and not push beyond what feels safe or comfortable
Sheffield Yogi reserves the right to refuse participation to anyone whose health or safety may be at risk.
4. Liability
Participation in yoga classes is at your own risk. Sheffield Yogi and its teachers accept no liability for any injury, illness, loss, or damage suffered as a result of attending a class, except where such liability cannot be excluded by law.
Participants are responsible for their own belongings. Sheffield Yogi accepts no responsibility for loss or damage to personal property.
5. Code of conduct
We are committed to creating a welcoming, inclusive, and respectful environment for all participants. We ask that you:
- Arrive on time — or a few minutes early for your first class
- Treat other participants and the teacher with respect
- Silence your phone during class
- Let the teacher know about any injuries or concerns before class begins
Sheffield Yogi reserves the right to ask anyone to leave if their behaviour is disruptive or disrespectful.
6. Photography and recording
Please do not photograph or record other participants during class without their consent. Sheffield Yogi may occasionally photograph or film classes for promotional use — you will always be informed in advance and your participation is entirely optional.
7. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. The current version will always be available on this page. Continued use of our services after changes are made constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
